most sleep disorders are easily treatable

Once your sleep study is completed and it is determined that you have sleep apnea, what are the next steps?

The good news is that most sleep disorders are easily treatable. Millennium Sleep Center offers patients with sleep apnea, access to Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices that deliver air at a fixed pressure through the night to prevent airway obstruction. CPAP is the gold standard treatment for your sleep breathing disorder and is vital for your quality of life. CPAP therapy can prevent serious risks of obstructive sleep apnea such as myocardial infarction, diabetes, excessive urination at night, improve memory and cognitive functions, improve desired sleep, treat hypertension and control gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). CPAP is considered the most effective treatment for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

Whether you are a new patient to CPAP therapy or looking to upgrade your device, our clinical sleep specialists are experts in not only selecting the equipment and fitting CPAP masks specifically for you, but also to help resolve issues you may encounter with your device.

Devices We Use

SoClean

  • SoClean is the world’s first automated CPAP cleaner and sanitizer
  • SoClean kills 99.9% of CPAP germs and bacteria – just drop the mask in, close the lid and walk away. It sanitizes the mask, hose and reservoir – hands-free!
  • Simple set-up and easy to use with cycle indicator lights
  • No harsh chemicals or water

Transcend 3 miniCPAP™

  • Transcend 3 miniCPAP™ is the perfect travel-size companion to your at-home CPAP machine. Small as a soda can, quiet as a whisper, and ultra-lightweight, Transcend 3 slips easily into your briefcase, purse, carry-on or backpack so you can sleep comfortably wherever life takes you.
  • Transcend 3 miniCPAP™ is designed for travelers, compatible with any CPAP mask and any CPAP hose, can unplug with power options to sleep anywhere and is designed to stay clean and dry, all the time.

Flyp™

Smaller and lighter than a smartphone, Flyp™ nebulizer delivers full-sized effectiveness with pocket-sized portability. It’s whisper-quiet, thanks to HypersoniQ™ technology. Its internal disk vibrates at an ultrasonic speed — 2,000 times faster than a hummingbird’s wings — creating a fine aerosol of medication. You'll find Flyp to be nimble, delivering a treatment in an average of 7 minutes. The internal battery houses enough charge for as many as 15 or more treatment and cleaning cycles, before requiring a recharge via Micro-USB. And Flyp is warrantied for three years. It’s the nebulizer engineered to fit into your life — making it easier to follow your prescribed treatment plan for asthma, COPD, and other respiratory conditions.

InogenOne

The Inogen One G5 offers the most oxygen per pound for a portable oxygen concentrator on the market today. The Inogen One G5's user interface has been designed with an easy-to-read LCD display and simple control functions. It can be charged at home or on the go - giving you the freedom of Oxygen. Anytime. Anywhere. The Inogen One G5 is your one solution, your single solution, for oxygen at home or away.
